We were referred to Arizona Carpet and Restoration for hot water heater water damage repair. They were excellent! J. Fernando and William were very professional and conscientious doing all the repairs and reinstalling the hot water heater. Craig Wakefield was instrumental in fixing the plumbing so that the solar water system and hot water heater worked together efficiently and took the time to explain to me how it all works. I would recommend them in a heartbeat. Great company, with fantastic service.

We were unfortunate on two different occasions that pipes burst and flooded parts of our house, and one of them happening on New Years Day. Just took a tour of this place and got to see their employees in action wrapping and storing articles from a house. They took great care to wrap, tape, and place them carefully in prepared spaces. Impressed with the quality of the care and work they were putting in for their clients.

Having a disaster is a very stressful situation, thankfully I was recommended to ACR from a friend. They were professional and very helpful in explaining all the steps in the process. The technician came out in middle of the night to extract the water. They handled the loss from the dry out to the put back. I am thankful for their help in getting my house back to the way it was.

Their team did a great job accessing the damage, repairing the area, and taking all necessary steps to stop any mold growth.
